Hershey Symphony Orchestra Will Hold Auditions.

July 8, 2005 - (Hershey, PA) – The Hershey Symphony Orchestra will hold auditions for all string instruments and percussion players beginning at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 23, 2005 at Zion Lutheran Church, 100 West Main Street, Hummelstown, PA.  The Symphony will also audition wind instrument players interested in being placed on the Orchestra’s substitute list.   Auditions will be handled on a first come, first served basis.  Candidates should be prepared to play a short solo in the recognized orchestral repertoire for their instrument, scales and have an ability to sight read.
