"Shall We Dance" Benefit Gala

"A Night in Tuscany"

Enjoy an elegant evening of dancing to The Hershey Symphony Orchestra and The Hershey Big Band. This benefit event includes live music all night long, beginner dance lesson, a delicious dinner, exhibition dancing, silent and live auction, cash bar and dance hosts for the ladies. Dress is black-tie optional. All proceeds benefit the music and outreach of the Hershey Symphony.

Schedule for the Evening:
5:30 pm Beginner Dance Lesson with PA DanceSport
6:00 pm Silent Auction Begins
6:30 pm Dinner
7:30 pm Exhibition Dancing
7:45 pm Dancing to the Hershey Symphony
9:00 pm Tuscany Basket Raffle, Live auction, Salsa Dance Contest
9:30 pm Dancing to the Hershey Big Band, Silent Auction Closes
10:45 pm Safe trip home

Highlights and tips to ensure a memorable evening:

• Table Assignment - When arriving, please stop at the check-in table in the lobby outside the Great American Hall to get your table assignment.
• The Silent Auction will add extra excitement to the evening. Register for a bidding number when you arrive and check out items including artwork, restaurant gift certificates, theme baskets and more. Payment can be made by check, MasterCard or Visa.
• The Live Auction will feature two great items:
  • An opportunity to conduct the Hershey Symphony at the March 26, 2011 Hershey Symphony Gala and two 2011 Gala tickets.

• Salsa Dance Contest - show you steps on the dance floor. Register at the check-in table. Join the competition or cheer on your favorites!
• Dance Hosts - dance hosts will be circulating through the room looking for ladies who want to dance or request a dance by signing up at the check-in table.
